Working Principle:

Due to the generator (15KHZ or 20KHZ)products high-pressure, high-frequency signal, through the transducers system change the signal into high-frequency vibration of machine, then, add to plastic products, make it have high temperature in some place, because of the plastic’s performance of conducting heat is bad, can not send out in time. So, Gathered to the welding place. make the contact face of plastic melt quickly. Can make it get together if add some pressure to it. When the ultrasonic stop working but keep the pressure continue, can make it solidified and forming. All these programs form a strong molecular chain then completed the welding . and the welding strength as the same as the original materials.

 Notice when using:

     Ultrasonic generator have the function that is fire to ultrasonic,produce moment of the high pressure and high frequency signal. check the ultrasonic whether normal or not , can be showed by function mode of generator,when the value of amplitude meter and ammeter is too high,that is mean the ultrasonic have some functions have a screw loose,need to adjust or un-keep it.
