This machine is a efficient plane mask tie-on welding equipment, main used to non-woven plane mask tie-on welder, it can be welded kinds of model’s plane mask tie-on ,main suitable for double-deck and three-deck non-woven plane mask, medical plane mask and antivirus plane mask tie-on welder.
Working principle:
It is adopts Ultrasonic welder, set transporting equipment on machine’s body, set the semi-finished products on transporting equipment, through Pull barrel serging,Use the Ultrasonic flower wheel pressed and cutting the tie-on. finally, output the finished products. Completed all the program.

Notice of use:
- when you open the equipment’s package ,please check the outer and every parts of this machine whether have the broken trace, check the screw strong or not ,check the electrical connector locked or not and whether have all the parts of the machine.
- this machine must be placed on the hard and flat ground. It is deviate from the heat source 0.5M and make sure the machine’s around have the space of 1M at least, only this can be convenient to operate.
- check the voltage’s requirement of the vibration box whether same as the logo or not and make sure the electric system is good.
4.take the equipment connect with the power(notice: turn off the switch of the power before connection) the voltage requirement is: AC220v 50-60HZ
